OAuth connected accounts
Gmail and Microsoft mailboxes connect through provider OAuth — not stored passwords in the product UI.
User-controlled connect & disconnect
Users and admins can disconnect mailboxes and revoke access from product settings.
Secure token storage
Server-side token encryption is required before broad customer rollout. Activation is handled by platform administrators outside the app UI.
Review-before-send
Email OS sends only after a person reviews and confirms a draft.
No selling customer data
We do not sell customer CRM or mailbox data.
No ads from provider data
Connected mailbox data is not used for advertising or unrelated profiling.
Role & permission controls
Workspace roles gate admin settings, Email OS management, and sensitive modules.
Auditability
Sync, send, and settings changes are designed for operational review.
