Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

UP1 is a product brand of Brightside Revenue Company. By accessing or using UP1, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Use of the service

UP1 is a business software platform for CRM, operations, and related workflows. You are responsible for how your organization uses the product and for complying with applicable laws.

Connected accounts

If you connect Gmail, Microsoft 365, or other integrations, you authorize us to access those services only as needed to provide features you enable. You remain subject to the provider's terms (Google, Microsoft, etc.). You can disconnect integrations in product settings.

Email sending and your responsibility

When Email OS send features are enabled, outbound email is sent through your connected mailbox only after you review a draft and explicitly confirm send. You are responsible for the content, recipients, and compliance of messages you send. UP1 does not send marketing blasts or automated bulk email on your behalf through Email OS.

AI-generated content

AI features may suggest summaries, reply drafts, risk labels, or action drafts. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You must review AI-generated email drafts and other suggestions before relying on them or sending them. We do not guarantee AI accuracy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use UP1 to:

  • Violate law or third-party rights.
  • Send unsolicited bulk email or spam through connected mailboxes.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
  • Misrepresent identity or impersonate others when sending email.

Administrators and organizations

Workspace administrators control user access, integrations, and organizational settings. Your organization is responsible for onboarding users and for internal policies governing CRM and email use.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement where allowed.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brightside Revenue Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of UP1. Direct liability limits may apply as set in your commercial agreement with us, if any.
